Fueled by the increased popularity of Adaptive Reuse, Gay Construction Company followed the opportunity to work on a series of residential and retail projects adapted from pre-existing buildings. These projects have produced some of Atlanta’s most iconic restorations such as the early restoration of the FOX Theater on Peachtree Street, The Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts, and the White Provision Redevelopment, our most recent project currently under construction. It is a journey to master challenges of all types, to look to the past to provide for the future, to fuel strong enduring growth.
